Her model was unveiled at the Wharton School in March 2004. In addition, as founding co-chair of the Wharton Women’s Task Force, Roz led a global initiative, sponsored by the Dean to advance women’s leadership in business. She is the only woman to receive Wharton’s Alumni Award for Distinguished Service, joining the ranks of notable leaders and CEOs.
Prior to consulting, Roz held senior level positions including SVP/Head of HR with Fortune 500 Companies in the Financial, Consumer Products, Publishing and Media industry. Roz has published numerous articles and speaks regularly on leadership and strategic change.
