In addition, as founding co-chair of the Wharton Women’s Task Force, Roz led a global initiative, sponsored by the Dean to advance women’s leadership in business. Prior to consulting, Roz held senior level positions including SVP/Head of HR with Fortune 500 Companies in the Financial, Consumer Products, Publishing and Media industry. Roz has published numerous articles and speaks regularly on leadership and strategic change.
