Client Need: Executive appointed to a new role, needed to shift the strategic direction of the organization and drive rapid change successfully. Increase personal awareness and self-understanding and leverage the learning to lead the organization and manage personal brand.

Approach and Solutions: Assessed organization DNA to understand culture, capabilities and identify opportunities and risks for the desired change. To understand personal brand reputation a 360-degree feedback as well as personality and style assessments were conducted through a series of 1-on-1 interviews and surveys. An integrated program was develop to (1) address the actions and approach changes required of the leader to enable the change and build capabilities in this area (2) build desired brand and continuously increase personal and organizational value. A business and brand advisor worked with client for 18 months to execute program.


1. Organizational changes were successfully executed in the aggressive scheduled time and delivered desired financial growth target
2. Executive enhanced leadership capabilities and within 12 months was promoted from regional to global role
3. Employee engagement scores and client and stakeholders satisfaction scores increased by 30%.
