Client Need: Maximize acquisition synergies and align IT and HR platform to new business priorities.

Approach and Solution: Led the Transformation efforts and the development and execution of a new strategy and global business and service management model (for IT established ITIL and CMMI) which was supported by establishing a governance framework; development of an organization design that aligned with strategy and enabled the delivery of services; establishment and execution of an overall change management program and a COO/Business Management Office. In addition, realigned all HR polices and addressed leadership capability gaps by selecting and recruiting 20 senior executives to key leadership roles and establishing a coaching program.
