Enelia Gonzalez, the founder of The Tyto Group, is an executive advisor and a strategic business consultant with 20 years of experience helping leaders and organizations reach new levels of performance and success. Enelia has extensive experience in strategy, performance improvement, business development, partnering and collaboration. Enelia has served in a variety of CXO’s roles for companies undergoing significant change. Her background encompasses experiences in start-up operations, business and functional transformations, business development, mergers and acquisitions, and integration and organizational change efforts in North America, Latin America, Europe and Asia.

Enelia offers a multifaceted perspective with in-depth understanding of today’s business conditions both domestic and globally. She is recognized for developing, implementing and managing innovative solutions, which have enhanced the business operations and profitability of her clients. She has collaborated with C-level executives in a wide range of industries including, financial, consumer products, media & entertainment, biotech and manufacturing.

Enelia received her B.A in Business Administration from SUNY Purchase and studied Leadership and Organizational Psychology at Columbia University. She is fluent in Spanish and English.

Jeff Morgan is a seasoned executive with substantial experience in building successful business strategies and operations throughout North America, Latin America and Europe. His expertise includes, strategic planning and organizational change, information technology, operations restructuring and improvements. Jeff has led significant business transformation, information technology and performance improvement projects as a consultant and as an industry executive.

Jeff has lead significant acquisitions, including integration of a major ($1.5bn), acquisition, which was completed on schedule and delivered business results in excess of the acquisition model.  In this project Jeff oversaw the complete replacement of business applications and infrastructure in a critical IT-turnaround situation for the business.

Jeff holds a BS (Honors) in Economics from London University.

Mario Esquerdo is a well-rounded executive and consultant with over 20 years of experience on a range of strategic and transformational issues, including merger integration, customer relationship management, shared services, Business/IT strategy and transformation, and enterprise restructuring. Mario has consulted with global clients in the healthcare, consumer goods, transportation, technology and wine industry.

Mario has led extensive transformation programs that have delivered aggressive improvements in the supply chain, sales management, and IT services areas, including (most recently) developing a Shared Services Center for a major holding company of 20 businesses in LATAM.

Mario holds an MBA in Business Administration, from the Universidad de Belgrano in Argentina, a Bachelor in Information Technology from Universidad Argentina de la Empresa and has studied international business at the Harvard Business School. He is fluent in Spanish, English and Portuguese.

Philippe Liautaud is a finance executive with 25 years of experience enabling companies grow and improve their profitability.  His expertise includes mergers and acquisitions, profitability enhancement, implementation of financial systems, setting up and managing foreign operations.  Philippe worked with large and small companies to grow their revenues and increase their profitability.

Philippe holds an MBA from the Stern School of Business of New York University and BA in Accounting from Queens College of the City University of New York.  Philippe serves on the board of Friends of The Children New York, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing alternate paths to most at risk children in New York City.

Robert Peterson is a respected senior consultant and executive with over 25 years of experience in addressing strategic, managerial and operational issues involving information technology. His primary expertise is building an IT strategy that aligns with business objectives and enables new growth. In addition, he is well known for his work in helping organizations streamline their IT organizations, and is a prominent figure in the outsourcing/offshoring world.

Prior to consulting, Robert held senior level positions including Sr.VP/CIO with Fortune 500 Companies. He has lived and worked in several countries providing him with significant international experience and skill in dealing with globalization issues facing many companies. He is fluent in English and French.

Robert holds a BS in Business with a major in IT Management from University of Nevada Reno. He is Member of SAP Consumer Products Advisory Board and former Chairman of SAP retail advisory board.

Andrea Rabi is a Leadership Coach and an Organizational Development consultant. She brings a unique contribution to our practice as she combines business operations and strategic Human Resources experience, having lead significant change management programs working in corporations as an executive and as a consultant. Her main areas of expertise are; Executive Coaching, Leadership Development, Talent Management Strategy and Organizational Effectiveness.

Andrea has a passion for working with individual executives and organizations that, like her, strives on challenging situations and embrace change and transformation as an exciting opportunity to achieve new desired outcomes. Andrea has partnered with global clients in the Financial, Consumer Products and Pharmaceutical industry.

Andrea holds a bachelor degree in Business from Pontificia Universidade Catolica, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.  Andrea is an ICF (International Coach Federation) certified Coach from Georgetown University. She is also certified in Evaluation Interview and is a Qualified Practitioner on the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator tool. She has studied Conflict Resolution, Appreciative Inquiry and Leadership at Columbia University. Andrea is fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
